Dr. Evian Gordon
Dr. Evian Gordon
MBBCh PhD  ·  Founder, Total Brain & Total Brain International Database

Dr. Evian Gordon is the founder of Total Brain and the architect of the Total Brain International Database — the first standardized and integrated human brain database. A medical doctor and neuroscientist, he is a pioneer of integrative neuroscience, having spent more than two decades building the scientific infrastructure that connects genetics, imaging, psychophysiology, cognition, and self-report in a unified framework.

He is a co-author on hundreds of peer-reviewed publications, and the lead architect of the Total Brain Integrative Intelligence Framework for AGI (TBII-AGI). His work has directly informed clinical applications in depression, ADHD, and brain wellness — including the $16M iSPOT-D antidepressant trial and the iSPOT-A pediatric ADHD trial.

Dr. Donna Palmer
PhD  ·  Director, Head of Total Brain Science, SonderMind

Dr. Donna Palmer is a cognitive and integrative neuroscientist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in emotional brain functioning, child and adolescent psychological disorders, integrative neuroscience databasing, and predictive biomarkers in depression, stress, and mental health.

She was Chief Science Officer of Total Brain and the Total Brain International Database from 2014 to 2022, and contributed to 14 of the iSPOT-D trial's 40+ publications — including predictive modelling using cognitive, EEG, and genomic data forming part of ongoing FDA regulatory submissions.

About the Database

The Total Brain International Database is the world's first standardized, integrative human brain database. Built over more than two decades across clinical trials, normative studies, and real-world digital deployments, it represents a unique scientific and commercial asset spanning 507,744 individuals, 631,077 test sessions, and over 7 billion data points.

Its defining feature is rigorous standardization: all datasets can be pooled, compared, and analyzed together regardless of whether the data originated from a controlled clinical trial, a neurofeedback clinic, or a consumer wellness platform. The database is currently held and managed by SonderMind through its Total Brain division, and is available for licensing to pharmaceutical companies, academic research institutions, AI developers, and strategic technology partners.
